In May of 2007, the AGA presented ATLart[07], a month long celebration of visual art in the city of Atlanta. Included in focus were city-wide openings over three weekends at all AGA gallery spaces, plus the AGA's signature ArtHouse exhibition program, which in 2007 took place in a stunning new residence in the historic Ansley Park area of the city. Also not to be missed during the program were exhibitions and receptions at the various museums and non-profit exhibition spaces as well as lectures, demonstrations and more. For more detailed information and a calendar of events, please click on the ATLart link.
Atlanta's month-long celebration of the visual arts returns with a new season. This spring, ATLart[07] unites the talents of the 21 Atlanta Gallery Association members with museums, charitable arts organizations, designers, universities and high schools throughout the city. From May 1 to 31, ATLart[07] will highlight the burgeoning Atlanta arts scene.
